i need to learn how to design a robochip that makes to track the way of terrorists in the world and know about the images to the crowd so that they can be safe with any attacks in future.please encourage me guys how to develop .i have ideas but unable to make it possible .how do u get such a kind of skills in doing all the above stuff.how to make it possible for all such ideas and want to develop lot of inventions.was there any links to know how to work on this kind of any discoveries & inventions
