sir,
Please help me to know about circuit if there any through which I can maintain power factor for two different transformers at same time using one single power factor relay.?

The control relay adjusts the amount of capacitance that is cut in and out of the circuit. So the answer to your question "NO". two transformers - 2 relays

Each transformer will need it's own power factor relay and their own set of capacitors.

Unless the transformers are connected in parallel - which I tend to doubt, you can not combine equipment - they must have their own control and components.

I have two transformers in parallel with the help of buscoupler breaker in between....so if i turned on the buscoupler and switch on supply from both transformer in that case with the help off submittion C.T. can I measure power factor for both transformer in same time.

If you have the buscoupler closed and transformers are in parallel then the power factor relay will work according to the load. The power factor will be the results of both transformers - Hopefully the transformers are of equal impedances otherwise they will not share the load equally.
