how to control a power Fluctuation due to heavy load ?

In my plant we have differnt capacity power hydraulic press machines like ; 1000 ton press / 500 ton press / 250 Ton press and all these are up/down at diffent time of cycle , so due to that their is heavey voltage fluctuation has ocuure with continious cycle time of interval

So can you sugget what should be the proper permanenet soluation for it ?

even due to above problem our oil heating system heaters are burst frequently .

Use a good surge protector and a burnout under voltage relay to temp disconnect the heaters.

or the best solution update the incoming power line.

I'm no expert but I have a few suggestions (things to discuss with a qualified electrician):

First, determine if the voltage is fluctuating more than it should at the source (e.g. electrical panel or place where the external power lines interface with your building). There will always be some fluctuation at the source, but the question to ask is: is it fluctuating enough to cause problems with the heater? If it _is_ fluctuating too much, then you need a bigger (or secondary) feed from the power company (or a supplement to the power such as a generator or solar power system, etc).

If not, then determine if the heater has it's own isolated line (i.e. a line that runs all the way back to the source and not tapped off a line that runs to one or more of the presses).

If not, then run a separate line from the source to the heater.

If there already is a separate power line to the heater, then your problem is a mystery to me (perhaps it's a grounding issue).

if I understand the question correctly the oil heating system heaters are failing and you attribute that to voltage fluctuations.

I wonder if voltage fluctuation is not the cause of the heater failures? If so, time and money could be expended improving the electrical system with no benefit.

Perhaps the contributors here could review how you arrived at your conclusion.

I have seen in several situations that overloading a network results in power fluctuations.
If the network can not be changed than a surge protection can help.
A month ago i was on a drilling rig where the power fluctuations burnt out modern switched mode power supply's. a surge protector installed solved the problem.

Surprised on an engineering forum no one has mentioned batteries.  Batteries are great noise filters and can easily smooth out your power problems.Build an array that can supply the power you need, this way the batteries take the hit not your buildings electrical. Nice clean constant power. We use many AGM RV batteries to keep servers running but depending on the power requirements large forklift batteries might be required to  supply the current needed. Hell if the power goes out you might even be able to keep the machines running for days depending the array you build.
