Three phase motor startee using two Phase power supply

As I belong to agriculture background,we use submersible motor for our irrigation purposes.Currently we are suffering from lack of power supply in our locality,i mean only single phase supply or two phase will be available mostly.So we need to find a solution for running the motor with 2phase supply. PLease help me to get a comapct design.
