I am a complete novice in electronics. I would like to build small projects for my hobby with model engineering. I have read about different methods of doing this, but I am not sure witch way to go, without going overboard money wise. The thing I have been reading about is: 1/ Circuit wizard, 2/ Ardino and 3/PIC Starter kit.
Any advice please.
