But, seriously. Think about it... An antenna is a certain length. Thus it is resonant to a particular frequency (and harmonics of that frequency). At those frequencies, you will find standing waves on the antenna. But, any number of other frequencies are possible (and likely exist in proximity to the antenna). Such waves will not be standing waves. Also, a transmitter that is not tuned to the antenna that it is connected to, will produce reflections that are out of sync with the antenna's length and thus shifting waves.
