Can somebody help me with the output power calculation of this circuit (i.e the power rating of the FM transmitter)?

You have too many variables to deal with here.
What is the voltage applied as the output power is a function of the supply voltage. The higher the voltage the greater the output.

The final section is a class "A" amplifier so output max voltage swing would be about 24Vp-p.

Then you need to know something about the impedance of the antenna.

So basically Pout = (Vp-p)^2 / 8*R where R is the antenna impedance - this is not exact but will get you close

The final amplifier, a 2N2219, can dissipate about 1 watt with a heatsink. Given a DC-to-RF conversion efficiency of 50% the maximum RF output is 1 watt.
