Hi there & Thank-you to anybody that can offer assistance!
I am a design student, trying to build a capacitive touch sensor switch, that latches on and off. I would like it to power a single SMD LED.
So in simple terms, you touch the copper foil, an LED turns on. You touch the copper foil a second time, the LED turns off.
I have been looking into this circuit linked

and as you can see in the comments, I have been asking a lot of questions!
The advice that I need is as follows:
1. Is this the best way to make a small circuit, that has the above functions (turns off & on by touch)?
2. Would anybody be willing to help me de-bug why the circuit isn't working? I have it laid out on a breadboard, and I just cannot get it to work!!
Thank-you for any help!
