If bricks, pool cues and/or knives venture their way into my "personal space", I might have a different attitude, but none of that has happened here. And, this really isn't the place to go on about such things. It clutters up the posts, and adds no real value to the topic.
I think you need to lick your wounds and then, when healed, parlay them into constructive use. And, during this "quest for healing", find other venues (ones more conducive to that quest) for expression.
Repeatedly focus your intent (your volition) on full healing of body/mind/spirit while you do what the Aussies call a "walkabout". It must be "Healing or Death!" If you are successful, you will be amazed at the result (not always pleasant, but in the long run, vastly transformative).
If you don't have the stomach for that, then find a true spiritual healer that you can trade with, or commit yourself to some sort of service. Ask yourself, does your anger, in it's present form, really serve you, or is it more, like they say, _doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result_, otherwise called, the definition of _insanity_.
