As seen in the figure, can anyone analyze how the high frequency pre-amphasize circuit works, especially the part which is labeled in the figure? The signal goes through capacitor C2 forward or C2 is used as feedback path?

The R1 and C1 network is a high pass filter.

I mean I understand the R1 and C1 in this circuit is used as filter to pass the high frequency signal,

but I don't quite understand the function of C2 in this circuit,

also not sure if the amplifier here can really amplify the high frequency signal.

C2 is part of the low pass circuit - as the frequency goes up Xc2 goes down therfore the gain goes down

Get a book on active filters - if memory serves me right this is a 2 pole filter

It does not work as a feedback path. It is used for dividing the current from negative terminal of opamp to sum of the current flowing from R1C1.

If I understand you correctly, you mean the current from the positive input of the operational amplifier, will partially go through R2, partially go through C2 then through R3, to the output?

Till some extent you understood but the current will not go partially through C2, it will be the current from negative terminal of opamp which will go partially from C2 R2.
