Why would you want to do this ? The easiest method is look at the phone and press an interactive key or touch the screen
I cant see why anyone would really want to go to this depth to find out if the phone is off surely you keep a phone on so that you can communicate with people
Although sometimes I wonder why you even bother with communications tools No one seems to be able to use them let alone reply for some unknown reason, bar the odd call , from a few people , sms message , email Incredible how people dont answer calls inclusive companies and persons personified where you would have thought basic mannors would have said Lets contact this person back to thank , or simply just reply to say not interested at the moment , busy or what ever the case except in the instance of harrasment in which case you notify the service provider
In fact I notice even the service providers dont answer emails , sms , calls which i would have thought would have been the right thing to do seeing as they are apparently so concerened with customer service EG Whats happening to Vodafone please over 48 hours as suggested still no returned call
Perhaps we might have some explanations there too please
