Questions:
* Why 0-6V?
* When you say "phone" do you mean "Cell Phone"?
* If Cell Phone, then most are charged from a USB port connection, in which case you only need to supply 5 Volts with a max current of 500ma. Is this something other than that? If so, you need to supply a great deal more information, such as battery chemistry (i.e. Li-ion, NiMH, NiCad, etc), battery voltage, battery capacity (e.g. Amp-Hour), brand, model #. Not saying that you will get a design from us, but that's where we would have to start.
