Hi everyone,

I'm currently conducting a research about telecommuting (home based work) in engineering and therefore need your opinion.

So do you think you will or already show better results( performance, productivity) by telecommuting?

If yes do you think the frequency of working from home have an impact on your results ?

Yes it does, It doesn't matter where you are as long as you have the knowledge and skills on what you are doing. Then you have a clear and good communication with your workmates in other place.
