Tolerance and Percentages Values

I am new in this forum. When they say inductor is 30% saturation point, and saturation current at 30% is equal to x Ampere.
What does it mean. what if I change the saturation to 40%, how I know the value of current for 40%.

Also regarding tolerance, how you count tolerance value to component value.
