PCB design

Hi everyone,
I have just joined to this forum.I am interested in PCB design, but I am new in this area. I have a background in electronics engineering. Can anyone guide me if there're any tutorials/resources available on the net to to get a fair idea about PCB design?

First it is based upon you how much idea you may gathered by pcb. Then you try to eradicate your project problem. If you have no preference I would recommend CADSoft Eagle. Its free, easy and you can get several tutorials. Others may recommend other CAD software.PCB pricing - that's well and good, there are plenty of places more expensive than your service too! I'm just getting started in PCB design. CADsoft Eagle is free and has a giant library of parts to use. I really like Fritzing too. It has a schematic, breadboard, and PCB view.

CADSoft Eagle is a very good option. (Another is KiCad http://www.kicad-pcb.org) I prefer Eagle just because I know it. www.sparkfun.com has some good tutorials on eagle, there are also several on Youtube.

By the way, you can have a look at www.upverter.com, I have not used it myself, but it is another option. It may be a little limited in features compared to Eagle because it is newer, but still handy.
