How can we communicate FR-E 500 inverter drive with PC? which software we can use for that communication? What is flow chart/pseudo code for its programing?

In this manual it is not explained thoroughly . I need you to tell me which software should i use for communication .Can i use Matlab or Visual Basics for coding and programming . kindly help me
