You can try the ns = (120 x f) / P to calculate the synchronous speed in RPM.
The revolution per minute (RPM) denotes the phase difference.
You need to identify the number of poles (P) .
The formula above is simplified from
1 freq. = 60 cyc,
poles assumed by 2 = they are calculated in pairs
You can do the math.
