Defferential Relay Display Cannot be read

Good day sirs/madame,

Yesterday when I check our monitoring on our transformer differential relay, symbols(i don't know what it is) displayed on our differential relay screen. We're planning to reset the programs on it but we can't due to symbols flashing on the screen display.

May i ask sir/madame if how can I fix the display on our differential relay so that we can start fixing some programs of it. Your answers will be a big help on me and to our cooperative. Thank you

what kind of symbols are they? or is it that the screen is distorted? did anything happen to it that could have caused damage to the internal circuitry of the device?
