Hi,
I was working as a Testing engineer for past 3 years, but I got an opportunity to change my field as an *Electrical Estimation Engineer*.

I am little confused whether continue with testing or switch to Estimation engineer.

Could anyone tell the growth in Estimation Engineer work? Also need piece of points from professionals to clarify my doubts.

If possible tell the Pros and Cons over it.

Hi Roi,

There are a lot of factor to consider specially your emotion. If you change a career path it means changing your life, changing your self and changing everything. You should try to read the pdf below maybe it could enlighten up your thoughts. One more thing, you should ponder this line from the book The Little Prince "It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye."
