hello everyone
im new here
im an electric senior student

i want to ask for a RF power amplifier ic that works in HF range
and low Watt " like 2 or little more Watts"

Have you tried searching it mouser or digikey?

I've tried to search in digikey i am not sure if this one fits to your desired IC
