How to Load .hdc Macro Files and Change LCD Images in Cube Suite+ for Direct Drive

Hi all,

i want to run direct drive lcd code using cube suite. ie i want to change the images for lcd using cube suite. what is the procedure to change image and load new images in controller using cube suite+.

as in hew we can do it through running macro (.hdc).what is the procedure to load .hdc file in cube suite.

can any body help

Hi Sara,

It is not that clear, if you are planning to run that file directly in cubesuite then it needs to be converted to C or C++ since cubesuite+ runs in C/C++. You can export/import the file if it available in your IDE software or use a file converter if you find one.

I am not sure if you directly change the file extension directly to .c or .cpp if it will run to cubesuite+ or if it is compatible.

i want to compile the direct lcd code in cubesuite+. previously i was using hew.In direct lcd there are two projects like DIRECT LCD and r packages.when using cubesuite i need to add r package as a sub project or have to compile it separately??

and also i want to change some images in the lcd , so how i can load new images using cubesuite+???

when using HEW we can load images using command line>> run batch file "ResourceLoad.hdc"
