Depends on your math background, the frequencies you want to work at and how well you handle self paced learning. There are lots of really good books and a few online Youtube videos and other tutorials on everything from basic RF theory to S parameters and matching networks.
A basic understanding of complex numbers and linear algebra is really useful for advanced RF design.
