How to Monitor Bike Brake Usage per km and Send Data to Cloud for Manufacturers

Hi,
i am a begineer in analog electronics sir and have great interest on it and
which is a good way to learn sir???
And now i have to do the project on the bikes that is "the no of brakes applied per km should be monitored and that data must be send to the manufacturer through cloud" please help me in starting and doing this project sir....without knowing how to make this i am waiting and searching many online materials but i couldnt land on a solution sir, please help me sir.....
