Plug and Play Current Clamp for 17A 240V With Mobile Cloud Data Logging Under £50

Hi all very simple problem as part of a university project and i want a simple solution. I need to measure current through a charging cable using a current clamp. The data needs to be sent via mobile network to a online cloud each evening. 


Maxmimum current of 17 amps at 240v.  


I want a solution which is as close to plug and play as possible. Dont have time to start playing with a rasberry Pi. 
But the catch is budget if £20-50 at stretch 
Please advise. 

Many instruments can now log data to an SD card; the data can be read directly current, thermocouple, RTD and strain measurements, with optional iServer vidmate

Guessing you spent your year sleeping or in the pub and only now realise you need to do something..<s>I'm not aware of any meter that has any comms for less than your entire budget so you could be stuck before you begin.
You could do this quite easily with a Pi or even a humble microcontroller but you say you don't have time to learn, and I would strongly advise against building something as if you don't have time to learn simple coding then you certainly don't have time to learn the safety aspects of interfacing with lethal voltages.My only suggestion would be to see if you can find any meter or current clamp that has an RS232 port on eBay or similar and then write some code for your mobile phone to interface and send the data. Plenty of free android stuff out there that makes coding simple.Hope you find something.Regards

I have been facing the data logging issue from past few days an the thing is that it needs to be fixed. The main issue which currently I am having right now is outlook 0x8004010fas I have connected the email portal to get all the notification from that.
