After a mains to 12 Volt power supply

Does anybody know where I could get a mains to 12 Volt power supply
I would prefer a switch mode transformer with it
This is to replace a older module that is not worth repairing.

You have not supplied enough information(power requirement). Universal mains input SMPS are readily available from any major electrical/electronic supplier, both shop or online.

Sorry I was in a rush to go somewhere when I asked

Just over 100 milliAmps or 2 Watts would be great.
Without a cage as I only have 30 millimeters to play with.

After asking here I asked a old suppler I get parts from they gave me a page to go to with about 75 units to choose from, I was going to post the URL but since I asked to question it might be seen as free advertising, and I do not want to get into that drama that goes with it.

*I would still be interested to see what anybody else came up with.*
