DC current supply measurement with a VNA on inductors

I would like to measure the behaviour of an inductor under frequencies and simultanously applying a current up to 20A using a VNA. I'm wondering which connection do I need to set in order to avoid damaging the VNA equipment

Is existing any device designed on this purpose ? the measurement will be done on power inductors
