This might be a stupid question: I wanna test a circuit with different current-values (4-20 mA), what tools can i use for that?

1. DC Power Supply or Battery
2. Variable Resistor
3. Ammeter, Voltmeter and Ohmmeter
4. Wire, Connector, Calculator, ..........etc
