Hello, I am new to the forum, this is my first post here.
I have a waveform that has sub-microsecond order time period. I want to create a circuit that can measure the period with picosecond order accuracy. Also I want to avoid large circuits.
There are circuits like vernier time to digital converters that can measure intervals with picoseconds accuracy but can measure upto only nanoseconds order of intervals in order to avoid large circuits.
What can I do?
