I have seen a lack of tools for easy sharing of specific calculations (spreadsheets, equations etc.). In my opinion such a tool could be used to complement answers to forum posts, but also to share useful calculations within collegues. As a disclaimer I have been involved in developing such a calculation tool with engineering/technology in mind. But I do believe it is a topic of general interest to the engineering community which could enrich the online ecosystem.
I'd like to open this post to discuss the applicability of such a platform. Do you know of any existing such tools today that you make use of? Would you use for it in hobbyist projects? Profesionally to share with customers and collegues? etc.
