Hey,
So, I kinda don't know anything about Electronics and the person who did isn't of any assistance just now...
I have a casing that I've created and I want to house a tablet within the case. This will face out of the case for the user to be able to touch the touchscreen and a movie clip will play.
The issue I am having is powering the device. The device won't have any power source built-in. I think the solution would be a power pack but this has to be able to be powered on and off from out with the casing.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what the solution could be. To be able to power the device up when the battery is switched on, then when the battery is switched off, the tablet will then power down.
Also, I need to have 2 x small speakers coming out of the device via USB or 3.5mm jack, to be also facing outwards of the casing to provide the sound. I need these to be powered from somewhere. I can't seem to find the best solution for this though.
The device is a tablet which has Android on it and I've been told it's 2000 milliamps and is powered by a 6amp plug. Not sure if this is absolutely correct.
Can anyone assist?
Thanks. Scott.
