Hi.i am student in the university.my teacher give me a duty for making useful motor driver. i try a lot of circuits , but i make many fail.

At the moment i must make max 15 A-20v motor driver.

Also do some modifications like:
Simply choose different FETs which are capable of handling 15A, preferable with a low on-resistance (will result in less heat).
