In the world of Arc Flash analysis software, there are three main players: EasyPower, ETAP, and SKM. I am interested in learning which software package is the most user freindly and efficient to use.

Well that greatly depends on the software used by experienced engineers here. Personally, I don't have a background in Arc Flash Analysis. You could always check the reviews of the software on their respective sites. That might help you get the overview of its market standing.
