Dear Alli am analyzing one of electrical single line drawings of a building in UAE where the connected load to the MDB(1339.5kw) and Demand Load(1071.4kw) feed by Transformer having capacity (1500kVA) the required Power factor is 0.92 and the Diversity factor is 0.8 1.they have put the capacitor bank of (300KVAR ) how it is selected?2.they fixed the 11(1×630mm2) XPLE cable to transformer from MDB ?please tell me as i am on Entry level clearly by formulas used specifically or commonly used in UAE.
