Hi,I started to watch the video - but it is for plotting bode plots using python.

So, the question is, are you having issues with the formula, which can be used to plot manually on paper, or are you having issues with python and your installation - as Fedora 28 Python does have a problem.

OK, here's how I would do it. The phase angle is the sine of the capacitive reactance over the resistance. Easy calculations. So get the formulas in Excel and plug in whatever frequency values you want in a table, the frequencies displayed in one column and the phase shift in the next.Then get Excel to do a graph of your results. Job done!
