What determines the resonant frequency of a Royer oscillator?

Good day...I'm a student and building a final year project. I'm designing a Wireless power transfer system for the intention of charging a mobile phone.So I am testing different circuits to get the clue of it, the problem i have encounter is that my calculations for the resonant frequency (modified royer oscillator) is giving me about 130 khz (thats what i want) but in the simulation the frequency counter is showing only 50 khz , thats what I dont get.I am using NI multisim version 13.Please find the circuit diagram attached, and I'm sorry for the bad grammar since english is not my first language.Thank you

I suggest you compare the current waveforms in C1 and C2 to the current in C3.What is the gate-to-source capacitance of the MOSFET?Also, L1 and L2 are in parallel with L3, so lower the resonance a little.
