In a Four-Wire Wye (Star) system with both source and load are solidly grounded. If the load impedances are not equal (loads are unequally distributed) which is the case most of my time, this load unbalance cause the line/phase currents to be different in magnitude and displaced from one another by unequal angles, where their vectorial/phasor sum would result in nonzero current to flow from the load neutral back to the supply neutral. Assuming a negligible resistance in the neutral wire and since it's a solidly grounded system shouldn't the supply neutral and the load neutral be at the same potential? If yes then how would current flow in the neutral? and if they are not at the same potential why?

Your error is assuming a negligible resistance in the neutral wire.  There's always some resistance, even if very small. The load Neutral and supply Neutral may only be a few tenths of a volt different, but that will be enough to make a current flow in a very small resistance.For calculation purposes you can usually neglect these resistances and voltages.And consider this.  In superconductors - usually cooled to near absolute zero - huge currents will flow.

Agreed there is current due to neutral wire resistance, however, an unbalanced load will have much larger current in the neutral than a balanced load. Why?Say at a perfectly balanced load the neutral current is 5 Amps, but if the load is unbalanced than the neutral current might be 30 Amps.
