I am currently trying to simulate a triple-junction solar cell, GaInP/GaInAs/Ge in ATLAS by Silvaco. I just recently began to learn how to code in ATLAS and I would need some help to figure out why my model does not converge (probably something to do with my mesh but I am not sure what).
If someone could help me with my code, I would very much appreciate it. You can find it attached (.txt since .in files are not supported), along with an image with the layers of the whole solar cell that I am trying to simulate (mine has some tweaks, does not look exactly like that). My code is adapted from solar04 example that can be found within the Silvaco TCAD Library.Thank you very much for your help and time, Kind regards,Sara Bernardes
