I'm assuming that you can connect your phone to the Bluetooth speaker and you want to make it vibrate instead of make sound. For this you will need to disassemble the speaker and identify four wires. First the power wires then the two wires to the physical speaker. Now it's possible that you may be able to get your motor to vibrate just using the speaker wires across the motor but it's more likely that you will need a circuit.The first part of the circuit you need is a peak detector. Then you follow it with a comparator and a MOSFET circuit to drive the motor. The peak detector will detect when sound is being sent to the speaker and the comparator allows you to set a threshold.
