I am not a native from the field of electronics and technology so I thought I might find some help here. Recently I came across the fields of electromagnetic or direct energy devices for purposes such military, consumer, etc. Some refer to these devices as psychotronic weapons.
Now my question would be just in case that one gets attacked by such a device, how could one trace it as its application is invisible. Any ideas?
