DVR HD3804 Boot Issue: Stuck After Uncompressing Linux... done, booting the kernel

    DVR HD3804 not booting.

    I was given a Small DVR an HD3804 and its not booting I have attached the Serial log for mor information and photos of the board and components. Please can sombody help guide me in the rite direction in getting it up and running.

    AI: After the last line in the serial log ("(none) login:"), does anything else happen on the DVR? For example, does it freeze, reboot, show any lights, or display anything on a connected monitor?
    The monitor displays vertical colour lines and thats it
    AI: Have you already tried any troubleshooting steps like re-flashing the firmware, resetting the DVR, or checking the power supply? If so, what have you done so far?
    I need help doing these things.
