    Good afternoon,
I have a question regarding the correct operation of the heating in the flat. I have a Logotherm (uRan, I think) fitted in the stairwell, a room programmer (Engo Easy2308, new, fitted 3 months ago) in the flat, Danfoss Eco heads on the radiators in the rooms for several years. The heating season has started and doubts have arisen as to whether it all works properly together. The flat is on two levels, the room programmer on the wall has a set temperature of 20°C, on the heads on the radiators 20-21°C on the second level (children's rooms) and in the living room with kitchen 19-20°C. In the bathroom the head (1-5) is set to 3; in the bedroom we have never heated, the head set to 15* has never turned on the heating. The problem is that if I set 20°C on the programmer in the living room and this temperature is reached, the heating in the whole flat shuts off and my daughters upstairs are cold.... If I set 21-22°C on the programmer, the whole also heats up and downstairs is too hot again.... Is it supposed to be like this or do I have something set wrong, maybe I don't understand how this system works? Thank you for your help with the answers.
AI: Does the Engo Easy2308 programmer control the entire Logoterm (i.e. cut off the heat supply to all radiators in the flat), or just one particular circuit or radiator?
    Yes
AI: Are the Danfoss Eco heads on the radiators electronic/programmable and have the ability to control the valve (e.g. via a wireless system), or are they just manual thermostats set manually?
    Manual, manually adjustable

This is how it works, unfortunately. Logotherms are not at all a perfect invention.
The room controller controls the entire heating system of the flat via the thermo-sensor in the Logotherm. So if you get it to a situation where its setting is lower than the room temperature, it shuts down your entire heating system in the property. That's how it works.
Therefore, the controller should be installed in a "reference" room, preferably with the highest set temperature in the property. There you set the heads to maximum or almost maximum so that the temperature control is taken over by the controller, and in the other rooms you limit the heads. That's the theory. In practice with Logotherms, unfortunately, it is difficult to achieve, especially in a sprawling property.
You can also go another way, using the controller as a switch. Set a setpoint of 30°C on it, for example, but adjust all rooms well with the heads. Then all the regulation work is done by the heads, and the thermostat just provides them with a continuous supply of heat. Unfortunately, this has a negative effect on the regulation of the entire Logoterm system in the building if it is extensive. But in your case it will be fine.

Are you sure this is an Engo Easy2308 regulator and not an Engo Easy230B?

Your best bet would be to move this controller to your daughters, and where you have too much heat, lower the temperature with the valves at the radiators.
As it is probably a wired controller then you are left with extending the control cable or replacing this controller with a wireless one.
