More information: Good morning, I come to ask for help to recover the firmware, if anyone could send the RECOVERY firmware file I would really appreciate it.
I already tried the procedure of unplugging the TV and holding the power button while plugging it back in and it "says software file check failed", o I need to recover the firmware via USB.

What exactly does the TV do now—does it stay on logo, reboot in a loop, show a black screen, or enter any recovery/update screen?
I have multiple, some keep rebooting and some stay on black screen while being on.
Could you share the full label information from the back of the TV (serial/product code, version, panel code if shown), and if possible a photo of the sticker?
