More information: Good morning, I come to ask for help to recover the firmware, if anyone could send the RECOVERY firmware file I would really appreciate it.​
I already tried the procedure of unplugging the TV and holding the power button while plugging it back in and it "says software file check failed", so I need to recover the firmware via USB.

What exact recovery file did you try via USB, what was the filename, and how was the USB prepared/formatted when the TV showed “software file check failed”?
I haven't tried USB yet, as I don't have the correct firmware file, I just tried the method I described.
