Evening to All. I received a Panasonic TH-55FS435Q LED TV that has a black screen, though the screen is lit. It's blank, and the power light glows green for a couple of seconds and turns red, then green, and repeats the cycle. It seems to be stuck in a boot loop, and I have repeated the reset cycle, but no luck, and I can't find the firmware file, and need help, please.
Please can you confirm exactly what reset procedure you tried, and does the TV ever show a Panasonic logo, menu, sound, or response to the remote before it restarts?
There is no remote, no logo, no sound, the buttons don't even respond, nothing, just a backlit black screen, and the indication light goes from green to red but at a relaxed pace.
Can you post the chassis/main board number or a clear photo of the sticker on the main board/back cover, as the firmware may depend on that and not only on model TH-55FS435Q?
