    I have two Kogan KALED28XXXZA 28" LED TV's on a boat.

One is working fine, but one is stuck in the Kogan Logo with red green lights boot loop.

It started doing this a few weeks ago, and after 5 minutes or so it would come on and work normally.

Now it takes about 2 hours - and even then sometimes it just keeps looping. Other times it comes on OK.

I have opened it up and nothing seems obviously damaged. Capacitors etc look OK visually.

some searches for similar faults mentioned re-flashing the firmware. I can't find the firmware on Kogan's webpage for this model.

Does anyone have any suggestions? is it likely to be a hardware issue, or a firmware issue?

If it is a firmware issue, is there a way I can pull the firmware off the working TV? They are identical.

The main board is a TP.SIS231.P63 D13305. Pictures attached. Kogan KALED28XXXZA 28 LED TV Boot Loop Issue: Red & Green Lights, Firmware or Hardware?

I realise the TV is cheap, and ordinarily I'd buy a new one. However, it fits into a specific hole in the boat and I can't find a 28" TV anywhere anymore! 32" is the smallest and it is too big to fit!

Typical Chinese. You just have to copy the memory from the good one to the damaged one. If this does not help, it will practically replace the main pcb
