    Help to fix please, I didn't find the correct firmware to try update.
    Can you post clear photos of the mainboard labels/stickers, back cover label, and the flash/eMMC chip markings?
    No, I don't have photos.
    What is the exact panel model written on the LCD panel sticker, and did the TV fail after an update/power cut or just suddenly stuck on logo?
    I didn't open the panel.

    Without panel model or clear photos of the mainboard and memory chip, it's almost impossible to recommend the correct firmware. There are often multiple firmware versions for the same mainboard, and flashing the wrong one can make things worse. U need to remove the back cover and identify the panel sticker and the eMMC or SPI flash part number.
