How to enable 144Hz on Windows 11 with AOC 24G2 and RTX 3060 stuck at 60Hz?

I'm using a 144Hz monitor with a Windows 11 PC, but I can only select 60Hz in the display settings.

Here's what I've already checked:
- Installed the latest GPU drivers.
- Tried different HDMI and DisplayPort cables.
- Updated the monitor drivers.
- Confirmed the monitor itself supports 144Hz.

Thanks for the clarification. It's good to know that the AOC 24G2 is officially G-SYNC Compatible with NVIDIA GPUs, so compatibility shouldn't be the issue. Since I'm still limited to 60 Hz over DisplayPort at 1920×1080, I'm trying to figure out what else could be preventing Windows from detecting 144 Hz. Could this point to a DisplayPort cable issue, monitor OSD setting, or something in the NVIDIA Control Panel?
