Faults on B12B DH12E engine
Chassis ID: B12B 146686 VIN: YV3R8R420BA146686
DTC
PID 100: Engine oil pressure, FMI 3: Voltage above normal or shorted high
PID 107: Air filter pressure drop, FMI 5: Current below normal or open circuit
PID 110: Engine coolant temperature, FMI 5: Current below normal or open circuit
PID 111: Coolant level, FMI 3: Voltage above normal or shorted high
PID 153: Crankcase pressure, FMI 3: Voltage above normal or shorted high
PID 172: Air inlet temperature, FMI 5: Current below normal or open circuit
PID 94: Fuel Delivery Pressure, FMI 3: Voltage above normal or shorted high
PPID 124: EPG 1, FMI 5: Current below normal or open circuit
PPID 6: Key off input sensor, FMI 5: Current below normal or open circuit
AI: Are these DTCs active or inactive/stored, and what symptoms does the bus/engine have now, e.g. no start, derate, warning lights, low power, overheating?
Running rough, engine light
AI: What diagnostic tool was used, and have you checked ECU power supply, sensor 5V/reference voltage, grounds, and the engine wiring harness/connectors for damage or corrosion?
I have checked most ECU power and grounds, etc. Found ECU pins spread, replaced if needed. Had the whole harness out and repaired oil in common 5V feed to sensors. Also found bolt in between ECU plug a locking mechanism - possibly to give the plug tension?
