Subject: Firmware/Dump needed - Toshiba 32LL3A63DG, chassis 17MB211S - Black screen, LED shuts off completely.

I'm repairing a Toshiba TV and need help finding the correct SPI flash dump / USB recovery firmware.
**TV Model:** Toshiba 32LL3A63DG.
**Mainboard/Chassis:** Vestel 17MB211S.
**Panel code:** [PENDIENTE - completar con el código exacto de la etiqueta del panel LCD, ej. VESxxxWNDx-2D-Nxx].
**Serial number:** [PENDIENTE - completar con el número de serie completo del TV].
**Memory chips on board:**
- SPI flash: 25L1606E / MX25L1606E (16 Mbit).
- NAND flash: TC58NVG2S0HTA00 or TC58NVG2S0HTAI0 (4 Gbit).
**Symptom:**
Screen stays black. Standby LED blinks green briefly, then turns off completely (does not return to red standby). Same behavior occurs when powering off via remote.
**Diagnostics already performed:**
- Swapped the power supply with a known-good PSU (tested working on another Toshiba unit with 17MB110P board) - confirmed the PSU itself is not the fault.
- LED still shuts off completely even with backlight and LVDS panel cable fully disconnected - ruling out backlight as the sole cause.
- Suspecting either a corrupted SPI/NAND firmware or a short-circuit fault on the mainboard.
I would greatly appreciate:
1. A working SPI flash dump (25L1606E/MX25L1606E) for this exact model/panel combination, or
2. The complete USB recovery firmware package (shredder_usb_update.bin, shredder_usb_update.scr, shredder_usb_update.scr.core, upgrade_mb211.bin) matching this model.
