Insert key toggles overwrite mode in Word—how to turn it off without restarting?

    Sometimes I have a problem - I probably press a shortcut and that's why:
    For example, I wrote the sentence "Ala ma ota" - that is, the letter "k" is missing, so I come back to type "k", it erases "o", I type "o", it erases "t", I enter "t", it erases " and"
    How can this problem be solved ??
    The problem disappears when I close a program like Word and restart it, but how to fix it without shutting down the program?

    As above, but for the sake of information only
    when this is done, a black inscription ZAS appears on the status bar of the word (next to the word Polish [English]), i.e. replace if you press then the inscription ZAS will turn gray, i.e. inactive

    Tools> Options> Edit - and there uncheck "Overwrite Mode".
    Same thing just different :)
